They explained everything before starting, used dust sheets, cleaned up after themselves and even helped me move furniture back. GME have worked closely with the LCC responsive teams to tailor the mould eradication service, which to date has seen them carry out life-improving measures in over 10,000 tenanted properties. Alongside the mould works in housing properties, GME also complete void works and any other painting and decorating works required. The team of specialist management and office staff who all have a wealth of experience on Council and Housing Association contracts and are highly trained in working with people who are deemed as vulnerable or have a life-limiting illnesses.

Gavin, Ian and the team at GME have done a fantastic job on our external re-decoration projects. GME Painting Contractors successfully secured a place on the Berneslai Homes “Repairs, Maintenance and Minor Works Framework” in 2023 through a competitive bidding process. Due to internal changes within Berneslai Homes, work wasn’t allocated under the framework until early 2024. Since beginning a working relationship with GME for the mould removal, and painting & decorating services, we have successfully cleared the backlog of jobs that were outstanding and in light of their professional, quick turn around and value for money service,

“Quick turnaround and minimal disruption.” We had a number of urgent mould reports during winter, and GME responded within 24 hours. Their operatives were polite, worked cleanly, and completed the treatment to a high standard. Feedback from tenants has been very positive.
