Turning Point is a social enterprise offering support for people in need, including therapy, counselling, and substance abuse services. GME was brought in to redecorate the organisation’s five-storey Wakefield clinic, covering two phases of refurbishment across communal zones, offices, staircases, and staff facilities.
The objective was to improve the physical environment for both staff and vulnerable service users. The space needed to feel clean, welcoming and professional while remaining fully operational throughout the project.

We carefully planned our works to minimise disruption, working around staff schedules and delivering certain elements of the project out of hours. We paid close attention to how users interacted with the space and made finish and layout decisions accordingly.
Throughout the project, health and safety, safeguarding, and operational continuity remained top priorities.
The clinic was transformed into a lighter, more professional environment without disruption to its services. Both staff and visitors benefited from a refreshed, calming atmosphere that better reflected the values of the organisation.
