“Made a stressful situation easy to deal with.” The GME team were brilliant when they came to treat mould in my flat. They explained everything before starting, used dust sheets, cleaned up after themselves and even helped me move furniture back. You’d never know they’d been, other than the walls look perfect again!

“Quick turnaround and minimal disruption.” We had a number of urgent mould reports during winter, and GME responded within 24 hours. Their operatives were polite, worked cleanly, and completed the treatment to a high standard. Feedback from tenants has been very positive.

GME have worked closely with the LCC responsive teams to tailor the mould eradication service, which to date has seen them carry out life-improving measures in over 10,000 tenanted properties. Alongside the mould works in housing properties, GME also complete void works and any other painting and decorating works required. The team of specialist management and office staff who all have a wealth of experience on Council and Housing Association contracts and are highly trained in working with people who are deemed as vulnerable or have a life-limiting illnesses.

Just a note to say a huge thank you for the amazing work completed on our new office – We absolutely love it! Once again the guys completed the work on time and on budget and left the office really tidy.

GME Painting Contractors successfully secured a place on the Berneslai Homes “Repairs, Maintenance and Minor Works Framework” in 2023 through a competitive bidding process.
