GME attended several of our properties affected by damp and mould, and their communication with both our residents and staff was excellent throughout. The surveyors identified the root causes quickly, and the works were carried out neatly and on time. Since the treatment, we’ve had zero reoccurrences reported.

GME have worked closely with the LCC responsive teams to tailor the mould eradication service, which to date has seen them carry out life-improving measures in over 10,000 tenanted properties. Alongside the mould works in housing properties, GME also complete void works and any other painting and decorating works required. The team of specialist management and office staff who all have a wealth of experience on Council and Housing Association contracts and are highly trained in working with people who are deemed as vulnerable or have a life-limiting illnesses.
