GME Painting Contractors successfully secured a place on the Berneslai Homes “Repairs, Maintenance and Minor Works Framework” in 2023 through a competitive bidding process. Due to internal changes within Berneslai Homes, work wasn’t allocated under the framework until early 2024. GME have worked closely with the LCC responsive teams to tailor the mould eradication service, which to date has seen them carry out life-improving measures in over 10,000 tenanted properties. Alongside the mould works in housing properties, GME also complete void works and any other painting and decorating works required. The team of specialist management and office staff who all have a wealth of experience on Council and Housing Association contracts and are highly trained in working with people who are deemed as vulnerable or have a life-limiting illnesses.
