The start of a new project with Capita House

At GME, our experience spans all types of projects from small maintenance jobs and repaints to large scale projects. One of our latest jobs took us to Capita House on Sheffield’s Parkway.

GME recently started work on the impressive 7-storey building, painting the whole interior office space. A project of this size naturally requires careful planning and scheduling, starting from the upper floors of the building and working our way down to paint the offices, completing half a floor at a time.

Our collaborative approach ensures we are able to work with carpet fitters to help decorate the offices whilst working around their schedules to maximise efficiency and prevent impacting each other’s work.

This project will take 6 months to complete and allows the building and offices to remain open and functioning as normal while GME also work with office staff to minimise disruption.
