We are delighted to be working on a Grade II listed property in the magnificent surroundings of North Yorkshire. GME Painting Contractors are part of the restoration team that will bring an iconic building back to a grand stately home to be enjoyed by generations to come.
The stunning period property has recently been purchased by overseas buyers. It is not a typical English home by all means but it ticks the Downton Abbey box with picturesque views and well maintained gardens.
Over the next few months our painting and decorating team will be working alongside construction workers and interior designers to bring the house back to life. More importantly back to its original form, a stately residence. It has had many transformations over the years including apartments and commercial offices.
Over the next few months, we will be stripping back wall paper, preparing wood work and adding special paints to protect and enhance features both inside and out. We very much look forward to the completion of the project to see just what this transformation will do.
