Over the last 10 years, GME have worked hard to maintain a high standard of service delivery which is efficient and tailored to the client. We have an experienced team of painters and decorators who have worked on a variety of projects – from hotels, hospitals, and leisure centres, to large retailers and commercial properties. Together we have built a reputation for the great work that we do, and over the last year we have developed something to make us even more unique. That is, the GME app.
Having worked on perfecting this app for over a year, it comprises of many features which have allowed us to streamline our communication and collate all information in one place during a project. This not only increases efficiency for all parties involved, it also allows real time communication so that the client is aware of all progress made at each stage of the decorating process.
Accessible on both mobile and PC, the app includes all information needed for any job including a detailed job specification, contact details, information about the team working on the project and the functionality for photographs of work to be uploaded before, during and after completion.
The app also allows for electronic signatures to be captured and recorded, meaning all documents can be agreed and signed on site, including health and safety documents and handover certificates. In addition, the reporting functions mean that site visit reports can be completed, and progress reports with images can be sent by email directly to a client.
This technology has allowed us to provide a paperless service, making it much more resourceful and eco-friendly. Overall, this app allows everyone involved in a project to record and keep track of all aspects of a job which helps minimise error. Most importantly, we can communicate at any time with the client to ensure the highest quality of service is always provided.
