GME Painting Contractors has completed a project for Championship rugby league side Batley Bulldogs, repainting areas of their main stand. This was a particularly enjoyable job for the team as many of the lads follow sport or rugby league and working in a stadium with so many great memories and moments is a great experience.
Batley Bulldogs are currently competing for a place in the Super League, however, their stadium (Fox’s Biscuits Stadium) required some urgent TLC. It had begun to show signs of wear and tear, expected when you regularly have over 2000 fans at a game, and with professionalism the key, chose GME to provide it with a lick of paint.
The team worked hard to fit in the painting around other club activities and ensure that it was ready for any match day experiences. This is not the first time we have helped paint buildings for client in the leisure and recreation sector, having also done works at Bannatynes Gym and Astar Gym in Wakefield.
